Paul qualified as a solicitor in 2000 but has worked within various aspects of the youth and Criminal Justice System for over 30 years. Specialising in advocacy in the Magistrates Courts, his attention to detail and his ability to present persuasive defence evidence are his forte’s. Paul also attends police stations to advise clients at the early investigating/ arrest stage. He is part of the firm’s criminal defence team and regularly represents clients in cases that may include road traffic offences and other Magistrates’ Court matters.Paul re-joins Broadbents solicitors having spent some time working in other cities in the same role. He is a confident and charismatic character who sees things differently and will work hard to defend his clients best interests.

Paul is a practitioner of Various forms of Martial Arts, he has been a keen sportsman all his life turning his hand to basketball, competitive table tennis and football coaching. He spends a lot of his spare time with his family where his 3 boys are following in his footsteps in their sporting journeys.
